-    All nighters are always bad

No getting enough sleep also interferes with your next day work and attentiveness. So, avoid all-nighters.

Playing some kind of sport is always a good idea. Even if you are not doing exercise every day, but involved in any sport’s activity, then its perfectly ok. Sports, on the other hand, motivates you to do exercise.
